我们往往会走入误区：不关注目标和实现，一直在关心思考。不把注意力放在实现目标上，而是放在了克服意志力、自律、专注等问题上。这其实是一种逃避，更是一种贪婪，以为自己解决了意志力、自律、专注、拖延症这些问题就能一劳永逸。youtube上有很多关注效率的视频，我感觉过度了。当我们不能统一，就会产生内耗。解决一些实际问题，做一些微小的工作让人平静。
