今天吃海鲜自助。来大连之前，以为只吃螃蟹只吃虾是吃不饱的。但是海边的自助真是什么都可以。大虾大螃蟹吃着吃着就饱了。

我的衣服越穿越久，有问题了就去修。好几件衣服都十多年了，修了也三四次了，家人劝我扔了再买。其实，惜物就是惜福，一切皆有定数。这个时候我往往知道我是谁，我很安静。换来换去反而让我感觉虚幻。
