年纪大了，开始感觉身体上的问题了。最近感觉不舒服，每周都要去医院。这个问题解决了，另外一个问题又出现了。疫情以后就很少锻炼了。加之又吃油腻的食物。身体已经向我发出了一个非常明确的信号。

罗大佑的《二零二零八月宜花東鹿記》音乐，下班终于看到在youtube上线了。一个多小时，听完了。里面有很多过去很少演唱的作品。比如《火车》、《故乡》、《吾乡印象》等等。
